The estimates provided by the Service are non-binding, and users should not make significant financial decisions based solely on these calculations. These are for educatational purposes only. In no event shall Incomp, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any estimates or calculations provided, even if Incomp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Incomp does not accept liability for any use of the Service outside the United States, and such use is prohibited. Any use of the Service outside the United States absolves Incomp from liability to EU data protection laws and other local privacy laws, as such use is not aligned with the intended purpose outlined in these Terms.
